Payment Information

For billing purposes, we store:

• Stripe Customer ID
• Payment method details (card brand, last 4 digits, expiration date)
• Credit balance (free, paid, and affiliate credits)
• Transaction history (purchases, consumption, refunds, adjustments)
• Auto-reload preferences and thresholds
• Billing cycle information

Note: Full payment card details are securely stored by Stripe, our payment processor. We never have access to, or store, complete credit card numbers.

Tracking and Analytics Data

When you use our platform to track campaigns, we collect:

• Links you create (names, slugs, target URLs)
• Click data (timestamps, IP addresses, user agents, referrers)
• Geographic information derived from IP addresses
• Device and browser information

• Tinybird: High-volume click tracking and real-time analytics processing

Email Services

• Cloudflare Workers Email: Transactional emails and notifications
• SMTP Services: Email delivery via Gmail or custom SMTP servers

4. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with legal obligations:

• Account data: Retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period after closure
• Free credits: Expire at the end of each billing cycle
• Paid and affiliate credits: Expire 12 months after issuance
• Tracking data: Retained in accordance with your data retention settings
• Transaction history: Retained for accounting and legal compliance purposes
• Moderation logs: Retained for quality assurance and appeal history
• Security tokens: Email verification, password reset, and email change tokens expire automatically

ClickerVolt is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Some browsers support "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals. ClickerVolt does not currently respond to DNT signals, but we respect your privacy choices and provide options to control your data through your account settings.
