- You may cancel your account at any time; unused credits will be forfeited
- Custom domain subscriptions follow the same refund policy as credit purchases
5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
100% Uptime Guarantee for Redirect Links
We guarantee our redirect infrastructure will be available 100% of the time. If we fail to meet this commitment, you will receive service credits as compensation.
Coverage
This SLA covers the availability of our redirect link infrastructure — the core service that redirects visitors from your tracking links to your destination URLs. This ensures your traffic is never lost due to service unavailability.
Uptime Commitment
- We commit to 100% monthly uptime for redirect link functionality
- Uptime is measured as the percentage of time our redirect endpoints respond successfully
- Our infrastructure is powered by Cloudflare's global edge network with 300+ data centers
Service Credit Compensation
If we fail to meet the 100% uptime guarantee, you are entitled to service credits calculated as follows:
- Credit Amount: 10× the value of credits you would have consumed during the downtime period
- Calculation: Based on your average credit consumption per minute over the previous 30 days
- Maximum Credit: Up to 100% of your monthly credit purchases for that billing period
- Credit Form: Service credits will be added to your account, not issued as cash refunds
How to Claim
- Submit a claim to support@clickervolt.com within 7 days of the incident
- Include the date, time, and duration of the observed downtime
- We will verify the outage against our monitoring systems
- Approved credits will be applied within 5 business days
Exclusions
This SLA does not cover:
- Scheduled maintenance windows (announced at least 24 hours in advance)
- Issues caused by your custom domains, DNS configuration, or SSL certificates
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, wars, government actions)
- Issues with third-party services (ad platforms, destination URLs, your servers)
- Dashboard and analytics availability (covered separately from redirect uptime)
- Direct link tracking via JavaScript (which does not rely on our redirect infrastructure)
Direct Link Tracking
Note: If you use our direct link tracking method with JavaScript, your visitors are never at risk of being "lost" due to ClickerVolt downtime. Direct links send visitors directly to your destination while tracking occurs asynchronously. This method provides inherent 100% availability for your traffic flow.
